FAQ

  • A content ticket gets you a mini session with one of the registered photographers or videographers. Upon arrival our creative lead will supply you with your tickets and assist you in finding models/talent and preparing them for their sessions.

  • Every brand will need to attend a prep call with our creative leads to discuss the specifics for your upcoming reservation. We recommend bringing a variety of sizes, colors, and styles of your product to allow our creative team the most flexibility. Tables and racks are optional, but not necessary.

  • We encourage you to meet and work your favorite creators during our Content Day sessions! Our creative lead will assist in pairing your brand with the talent to best suit your needs. Some creators or talent may be in high demand and unable to accommodate. We do not guarantee availability of either. Consider becoming a platinum sponsor if dedicated sessions with dedicated talent are needed.

  • You can expect each content ticket to get you a minimum of 3 HQ finished photos or one edited video. You will likely receive more and additional behind the scenes and story posts. Our culture is to share and introduce, building real relationships through content marketing.
