We can also work with 3rd parties to deliver your media where you need it in nearly all common format options.

  • All your data will be backed up both physically and in remote cloud storage. Our media drives are insured and our time trained on best practices to ensure your media is safe in a variety of circumstances including emergencies and disasters. We will train members of your team on access and can continue support even after your program his finished.

  • In order to produce results at this scale, there will need to be a certain monetary commitment for both our service fees and the tools we deem necessary for your success.

  • During our initial meeting we will discuss your specific goals and desired results. We will then prepare a suggested budget to cover our service fees, a running ad budget, software fees etc. We try to calculate all foreseeable expenses and work them into our proposal. This amount may be higher and lower some months depending on the layout of your program. Some of these fees will be paid to directly to Media Sensei, while others may go directly to the corresponding vendor.

  • The implementation and review time required for this level of service requires a longer commitment and significant resource and capital investment. This timeframe is a suggestion and can be longer for bigger goals. If our services are still needing post-program, this is an option.

  • While we are here to assist with any many pieces, there are a few resources that can save time and ensure you are ready for our services to be executed.

  • This will vary per customer and will be discussed during our Program Proposal. Organizations with significant ad history and customer data may see results as early as month one, while customers requiring set up of advertising functions such as pixels/tracking codes or those unorganized customer data will require more time for set up and optimization.

  • We celebrate the success of course! However, about 2 months before celebrations begin we discuss your unique off-boarding situation. We ensure that you are set up for success and have access to all media. Most off-boarding costs such as hard drives and training are included in proposal costs.
